I use a range of coaching modalities pulling styles from Landmark, Handel Method, IFS (Internal Family Systems), along with a host of spiritual and energetic practices. I offer individual sessions and coaching packages suited to where you’re at and what you need. I’ll meet you there and work to guide you to more joy, more love, more of all the goodness this beautiful life has to offer.
